How can I be sure that PhotoTex will not damage the surface I want to install it on?

PhotoTex is a PET Fabric self-adhesive Wallcovering which is PVC-Free, VOC Free and recyclable with a water based adhesive.  PhotoTex is a patented, re-positional adhesive fabric that can be easily applied almost anywhere, then removed and reused as desired (refer Terms and Conditions).  It is designed for easy application on indoor wall surfaces and has been in use since 2004.  As a safeguard we have included a small decal to trial prior to installing your own.

 

Are the inks used in the printing process safe in all environments?

The ink used in printing all our products has been recognised and rewarded with GREENGUARD Gold Certification.  This means that products printed with this ink meet the strictest chemical emission standards and are suitable for indoor use, even in the most sensitive environments. 

 

What if my product is damaged in transit?

If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us immediately at admin@innsigns.com.au or 07 32529650 as soon as possible to discuss the issue.  Whilst we can guarantee that your item will leave us in perfect condition, we cannot always guarantee what will occur during the shipping process.

 

The colour of my print does not match what I originally looked at on the PicsNPrints website?

Our printers produce high quality prints printed in CMYK which is a 4 colour process.  However, as all computer screens are calibrated differently, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will exactly match the colour of your print you receive.  We can assure you though any difference should be minor if at all.
